Items will be dispatched within 1-2 working days once payment received.

All goods will be sent out on the same day from Monday to Friday before 2.30 pm, unless purchased made during the weekend or public holiday will be dispatched on the next working day. Please note that the shipping address must be match to your paypal address.

We do not accept return or refunds if the product does not work on you. We advice you do a skin test before using this product. 
We also do not accept return on change of mind, duplicate order and wrong order once it has been dispatched. Please do a cancellation asap as soon as you have realised you have made a mistake as we can't change it once it is posted.

For hygiene reason, no returns will be accepted even though it has not been opened once it has been delivered to you.
