For Stubborn Acne OXY 10 acne pimple medication contains 10% Benzoyl Peroxide to treat the more stubborn pimples/acne that do not respond to mild acne treatments.

Use Twice a day
If you experience excessively dry skin after using OXY 10, your skin may be too sensitive for OXY 10, use OXY 5 instead.
