Warranties:

We warrants to the original purchaser that our product is free from defects. This limited warranty covers defects encountered in the normal use of the product and does not apply if the product is damaged due to physical abuse, mishandling, accident or negligence, or if the product is altered by the purchaser in any way. This warranty does not cover the natural breakdown of materials which may occur after extended use of the product. If the product is found to be defective, bestezbuy.com's only obligation and the purchaser's sole and exclusive remedy is the replacement of the product with the same or comparable product. Bestezbuy.com shall have no liability or responsibility to the Purchaser or any other person for any special, incidental or consequential losses or damages caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the product. Except for the express warranty stated above, Bestezbuy.com makes no other warranties with respect to the product, expressed or implied, including but not limited to merchantability for a particular purpose.

All returns must be sent to bestezbuy.com at the purchaser's expense. Any product we find to be defective will be replaced, at our option. If we receive a product that is not covered under this warranty, we will contact the sender and advise of appropriate charges. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary from state to state.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

We do our best to make sure you'll be satisfied with every purchase. However, should any item fall short of your expectations, return it to us unused within 7 days of receipt and we will send you a prompt refund or replacement, which ever you prefer. We don't charge any restocking fees and you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We recommend using a 'signed for' service for sending items back to us, as we cannot be held resonsible for items being lost in the post. Please e-mail us so we can give you a reference number and the correct address to ship it to.
